• Access to funded trading accounts upon successful completion of evaluation challenges
• Options trading education and resources
• Trading platform access and tools
• Performance evaluation and monitoring
• Profit sharing arrangements for successful traders

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in our program, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
3. Not be a resident of any restricted or sanctioned country
4. Possess demonstrable experience in options trading
5. Successfully complete identity verification (KYC) upon passing challenges
6. Maintain accurate and current account information

Trading Rules and Risk Parameters

4.1 Risk Management Requirements

All traders must strictly adhere to our risk management parameters:

• Daily drawdown limits as specified in your plan
• Maximum drawdown limits
• Position size restrictions
• Holding period limitations
• Approved instrument restrictions (U.S. listed options only)

4.2 Prohibited Trading Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Martingale or overleveraged recovery trading strategies
• Account management by third parties
• Use of automated trading systems without prior approval
• Trading on insider information or market manipulation
• Hedging across multiple accounts
• Any form of cheating or gaming the system

Fees and Payments

5.1 Challenge Fees

All challenge fees are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a challenge, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood all trading rules
• You accept full responsibility for your trading performance
• No refunds will be issued regardless of challenge outcome
• Fees are for evaluation services, not guaranteed funding

5.2 Profit Sharing

Successful funded traders receive profit splits as outlined in their specific plan. Profit withdrawals are subject to:

• Minimum trading days requirements
• Consistency rules
• Identity verification completion
• Compliance with all trading rules

Account Termination

Funded with Flow L.L.C. reserves the absolute right to terminate any account at our sole discretion. Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any trading rules or risk parameters
• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Failure to pass identity verification
• Suspicious trading patterns
• Any activity deemed harmful to our capital or operations

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Funded with Flow L.L.C., including but not limited to:

• Educational content and trading strategies
• Software, platforms, and tools
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Website content and design

Are the exclusive property of Funded with Flow L.L.C. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Investment Disclaimer

Funded with Flow L.L.C. is not a registered investment advisor. We do not provide investment advice, and all trading decisions are made at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or platform downtime.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funded with Flow L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Funded with Flow L.L.C., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your trading activities
• Your breach of any laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

Modifications to Terms

Funded with Flow L.L.C. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
