The market news feed keeps you up to date on the headlines moving the markets, all in one place inside Funded with Flow. You will find it on the news feed.

What the news feed is

The market news feed is a running stream of market news you can browse anytime. It sits alongside the rest of the community area, so you can stay informed without leaving the platform. Use it to get a quick read on what is happening across the market before and during your trading session.

It sits within the community area alongside the Leaderboard, the trade gallery, and your Discord connection, so the feed is part of how you stay plugged into what other traders are watching too.

Using the feed while you trade

News is most useful when you pair it with the tools where you actually place orders. A good rhythm looks like this:

  1. Skim the feed to see what is driving the market that day.
  2. Pull up a symbol on the Trade terminal or check your watchlist and markets to see how price is reacting.
  3. If you trade options, review the option chain on the Options screen before you build a strategy.

Remember that news can move fast and prices can gap. Your account rules still apply no matter what the headlines say, so keep an eye on your daily loss limit and drawdown, which vary by plan and are shown on the Pricing page and in your account.

Real time data and the feed

The news feed works best when your market data is live. Your free paper account includes a 7 day real time market data trial, and after that live data continues with an active paid challenge or a standalone market data subscription. Every paid tier includes real time market data. You can compare the plans on the Pricing page and manage your subscription on the Billing page.

If a headline affects one of your open positions, you can set Take Profit and Stop Loss brackets from the close dialog on the Trade terminal to manage your exit automatically.

Keep the feed handy as you trade, and you will always have context for the moves you see on the chart. For account specific questions, email [email protected].
