1. Introduction and Scope

This Risk Disclosure (the "Disclosure") is provided by Funded with Flow L.L.C. ("Funded with Flow", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of fundedwithflow.com. It describes material risks associated with using a simulated, evaluation-based proprietary-trading practice platform.

Funded with Flow offers free "paper" accounts funded with simulated capital and paid "evaluation" challenges. Accounts may progress through phases: paper, evaluation, and funded. All trading on the Platform occurs in a simulated environment. Even so-called "funded" accounts trade simulated capital under platform-defined profit-sharing and payout-eligibility terms; users do not own, control, or have any claim to platform capital.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described below. If you do not understand or accept these risks, you should not use the Platform.

2. Trading Involves Substantial Risk of Loss

Trading and the strategies practiced on the Platform involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. Although the Platform is simulated, the skills, strategies, and behaviors it encourages relate to real financial markets where losses can be rapid and significant.

• Futures, options, equities, and other derivatives can move sharply and unpredictably.
• Leverage can magnify both gains and losses, and losses can exceed initial expectations.
• Market conditions can change without warning due to economic, political, or other events.

You should only ever practice strategies you understand, and in live markets you should only commit risk capital that you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial security or lifestyle.

3. No Guarantee of Profit, Payout, or Funded Approval

Funded with Flow makes no guarantee of any kind regarding outcomes, including but not limited to:

• That you will pass any evaluation or reach a profit target.
• That you will be approved for, or maintain, a funded account.
• That you will receive any payout, or any payout of a particular amount or within any particular timeframe.
• That your use of the Platform will be profitable or successful.

Reaching a funded status does not by itself guarantee any payout. All payouts remain subject to eligibility checks, identity and compliance verification, rule compliance, and fraud review, as described in our Payout Policy. Funded access is a conditional, revocable arrangement, not a promise of compensation.

4. Past and Simulated Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown or practiced.

Simulated and "paper" trading results have inherent limitations. Because such trades are not executed in live markets, results may differ materially from what would occur in actual trading, including with respect to:

• Order fills and execution price (you may not receive the price shown).
• Slippage during fast or illiquid markets.
• Liquidity constraints and partial fills.
• Latency between signal, decision, and execution.
• Commissions, fees, financing, and other costs that apply in live markets.

Simulated environments often cannot fully reproduce the emotional, financial, and execution pressures of live trading.

5. Market Data Limitations

Market data displayed on the Platform is delivered through an aggregator sourced from a third-party provider and is provided for in-platform use only. Redistribution, resale, or external republication of market data is prohibited.

Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, or unavailable, and prices shown on the Platform may differ from prices available at any broker, exchange, or other venue. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or continuity of any market data and are not responsible for losses or decisions arising from reliance on it.

6. AI-Generated Analysis May Be Incorrect

The Platform may provide an informational AI support assistant and may allow connection of external AI agents through a permissioned interface. AI features are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and may misinterpret data or context.
• The AI support assistant cannot and does not execute trades.
• You should independently verify any information before relying on it, and never make decisions solely on the basis of AI outputs.

You remain solely responsible for all decisions and actions, including any taken in response to AI-generated content.

7. Automated, Algorithmic, and Connected-Agent Trading Risk

If you connect an AI agent or automated system to the Platform, you accept additional and significant risks. Automated, algorithmic, or AI-driven trading can:

• Malfunction or behave unexpectedly due to software errors, configuration mistakes, or unforeseen market conditions.
• Generate unintended, duplicate, or excessive orders.
• Produce rapid losses before you can intervene.
• Encounter execution errors, connectivity failures, or latency problems.

Access through connected agents defaults to read-only; trade-execution permission must be deliberately enabled and is subject to multiple safeguards. You should test any automation in paper mode first and ensure you understand the difference between read-only and trade-execution access. All automation is used entirely at your own risk.

8. You Are Responsible for All Decisions

You are solely responsible for every decision and action taken in your account, including reviewing and verifying every order before submission. Funded with Flow does not direct your trading and does not make decisions for you.

Do not rely solely on:

• Platform visuals, charts, or indicators;
• AI-generated outputs or suggestions; or
• Simulated or historical results.

These tools are aids, not recommendations, and may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete.

9. Not a Broker, Adviser, Exchange, Custodian, or Bank

Funded with Flow is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, custodian, clearing firm, or bank. We are not a regulated financial entity, and nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

We do not place orders on live exchanges on your behalf, do not hold your funds for trading, and do not provide brokerage or custody services. Simulated instruments may include futures (such as ES, NQ, MES, MNQ, and GC), equities, and single- and multi-leg options, all for practice in a simulated environment only.

10. Acknowledgement

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand trading involves substantial risk of loss;
• Past and simulated performance is not indicative of future results;
• Funded status does not guarantee any payout or profitability;
• Market data, AI outputs, and simulated results may be inaccurate or differ from live markets;
• You are solely responsible for all decisions; and
• Funded with Flow is not a broker, adviser, exchange, custodian, or bank and provides no advice.
