Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do on the platform — fraud, manipulation, abuse, scraping and bypassing rules are prohibited.
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (the Policy) describes activities that are prohibited when using fundedwithflow.com and the related services (the Services) operated by Funded with Flow L.L.C. (Funded with Flow, we, us, or our). This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. We may update it from time to time.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not, and must not attempt to, do any of the following:
- engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, including in registration, payments, payouts, KYC, or referrals;
- engage in market manipulation or abusive trading techniques, or any conduct designed to game or distort evaluation rules or results;
- exploit bugs, errors, glitches, or pricing or data anomalies, or use them to obtain an unfair advantage, advance an evaluation, or qualify for a payout;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, data, or network, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services;
- use abusive automation, bots, or scripts that overload, disrupt, or circumvent intended use, including misuse of MCP or API tokens;
- engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of our staff or support, including AI support abuse;
- send spam or unsolicited or deceptive communications;
- use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law;
- bypass or circumvent payment, trading rules, account limits, position-sizing controls, or security measures;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services; or
- resell, redistribute, or republish market data or other protected content, or otherwise act to harm the Platform, other users, our vendors, or our data providers.
3. Automation, Tokens, and API Use
If you connect AI agents or automation through our MCP server or API, you are responsible for all activity performed under your tokens. Tokens are read-only by default, and trade permission is opt-in and additionally gated. You must keep tokens secret, use them within their granted permissions and rate limits, and revoke any token that may be compromised. Using automation to evade rules, limits, or security controls is prohibited.
4. Enforcement and Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, with or without notice. Consequences may include warnings, removal of content, restriction or suspension of features, forfeiture of evaluation progress and payout eligibility, reversal of benefits obtained through a violation, revocation of tokens, and suspension or termination of accounts.
We may also report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with legal process. Enforcement decisions do not limit our other rights or remedies under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, a security vulnerability, or abuse of the Services, please report it promptly. Report security issues to [email protected] and other concerns to [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to investigate, and do not further exploit or publicly disclose any vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
