This Market Data Disclaimer explains the nature and limitations of the market data made available through the platform operated by Funded with Flow L.L.C. (Funded with Flow, the Platform, we, us).
The Platform is a simulated, evaluation-based prop-trading practice environment. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, or bank, and it does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the limitations described here.
2. Third-Party Data Source
The real-time quotes and other market data displayed on the Platform are aggregated from a third-party market-data provider. We do not generate this underlying data, and we do not control its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability.
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies originating from the third-party provider or from the systems that deliver the data. The provider's data is supplied subject to the provider's own terms and limitations.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, continuity, or uptime of any market data.
