Email Preferences and Unsubscribing
How to control which emails and notifications Funded with Flow sends you, and how to unsubscribe from optional messages while keeping important account emails.
You control which emails and notifications Funded with Flow sends you from your Alerts settings. There you can turn categories on or off and unsubscribe from optional email, while still receiving the important messages tied to your account.
Where to manage your preferences
Open your Alerts settings to choose how you want to be reached. From this page you can:
- Turn individual notification categories on or off, such as order fills and account events.
- Manage push notifications on mobile.
- Set your email preferences and unsubscribe from optional messages.
Your profile, privacy, and sign in details live on a separate page. Visit your Profile settings to review those. Since sign in uses Google only, the email tied to your account is the Google address you sign in with, and that is where your messages are delivered.
Unsubscribing from optional email
If you no longer want promotional or update email, open your Alerts settings and switch off the email categories you do not want. Every marketing email we send also includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, so you can opt out directly from any message you receive. Your choice is saved and applies going forward.
Emails you will still receive
Some email is essential to your account and is not part of the optional marketing list. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you transactional messages such as billing and subscription notices, support ticket replies, payout status updates, and security or account alerts. These keep you informed about actions on your own account, so they are always delivered. You can review billing messages against your Billing page and follow payout activity on your Payouts page.
If email still is not right
If you keep receiving messages after opting out, or you want mail sent to a different address, the fastest fix is to check your Alerts settings first. For anything account specific that the settings cannot resolve, email [email protected] and we will help sort it out. You can also open a ticket from the Support page and get a reference number right away.
