Notification Preferences for Fills and Account Events

How to control which fill confirmations and account event alerts you receive on Funded with Flow, including mobile push and email preferences.

~2 min read Last reviewed: July 13, 2026

You choose exactly which alerts reach you on the Alerts settings page. That is where you turn notifications for order fills and account events on or off, enable mobile push, and manage which emails you receive.

Turn on fill alerts

A fill notification confirms that an order went through and shows you the result, so you do not have to watch the screen to know a trade executed. When you place or close a position on the Trade terminal or build a strategy on the Options screen, a market, limit, or stop order can trigger a fill alert the moment it completes.

Enable these on the Alerts settings page and you will be notified as your orders fill, including when a Take Profit or Stop Loss bracket auto exits a position.

Stay on top of account events

Account event notifications keep you informed about the things that affect your challenge or funded account. These cover milestones tied to your accounts, such as challenge progress, rule related warnings, and updates on a payout request you are tracking on the Payouts page.

The exact rules that can trigger these alerts vary by plan, so review your plan card on the Pricing page or open your Accounts page to see the live figures for your account. If you run automated strategies, you can also receive alerts about executions and any account that is paused because it is no longer tradable.

Manage push and email

The Alerts settings page also controls mobile push notifications and your email preferences. Turn on push to get real time alerts on your phone, and use the email preferences to decide which messages land in your inbox. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, so you stay in control of what you receive.

For profile, privacy, and sign-in options, visit the Profile settings page.

If an alert you expect is not arriving after you have checked these settings, email [email protected] and we will help you sort it out.
