1. Introduction

This DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy describes how Funded with Flow L.L.C. (Funded with Flow, we, us, or our) handles intellectual-property rights and copyright complaints relating to fundedwithflow.com and our related services (the Services). It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Ownership of Platform Content and Marks

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, data presentations, and other content, and all related trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names, are owned by Funded with Flow L.L.C. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in our Terms of Service, no right, title, or interest in the Services or our intellectual property is transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

3. User Content License

To the extent you submit or transmit content through the Services (for example, support messages or other submissions), you retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, and process that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services and to comply with law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

4. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Notice)

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
  • your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Submitting a knowingly false or misrepresenting notice may subject you to liability.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.

We may restore removed material in accordance with applicable law following a valid counter-notice. The specific procedures and timelines are subject to attorney review.

6. Repeat-Infringer Policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights, and we may remove infringing material.

7. Trademarks

Funded with Flow names, logos, and other marks are trademarks or service marks of Funded with Flow L.L.C. You may not use our marks without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in any manner likely to cause confusion or to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist. Other names and marks appearing on the Services may be the property of their respective owners.

8. Contact
