Referral Program Terms
Eligibility, how rewards are earned, fraud prevention, and our right to withhold rewards for abuse.
1. Introduction
These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the referral program offered by Funded with Flow ("the Platform", "we", "us"), operated by Funded with Flow L.L.C. The referral program allows participants to share referral codes or links and, where conditions are met, earn rewards. By participating, you agree to these Terms, the Platform's other policies, and all applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must have an account in good standing and comply with these Terms and the Platform's other policies. We may set additional eligibility conditions and may restrict or exclude participation where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the integrity of the program. Participation is a privilege that may be modified, suspended, or revoked in accordance with these Terms.
3. How Rewards Are Earned
Rewards are earned when a person you refer takes a qualifying action using your referral code or link and all applicable reward conditions are met. Qualifying actions, reward types, amounts, and conditions are defined by the Platform and may be shown in the program details, and may change over time.
A referral generally must be genuine and new — for example, a new user who completes a qualifying paid activity. Referrals that do not meet the stated conditions do not earn rewards.
4. Reward Conditions and Verification Holds
Rewards are subject to fraud-prevention review and verification holds before they activate or become payable. A reward may be held while we verify that the underlying activity is genuine, that any required payment has cleared, and that no refund, chargeback, or reversal applies.
Rewards tied to a paid activity may be canceled or reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed. We may apply holding periods before a reward is finalized.
5. Rewards Tied to Genuine Paid Activity
Some rewards are tied to genuine, completed paid activity by a referred user, while other actions may carry no reward. Only actions that satisfy the stated qualifying conditions generate rewards. Free sign-ups, incomplete purchases, refunded or reversed transactions, and non-qualifying actions do not generate rewards. The Platform determines whether a given action qualifies.
6. No Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are prohibited. You may not refer yourself, use your own referral code or link for your own purchases, or create or use duplicate, fake, or proxy accounts to claim rewards. Circular, coordinated, or collusive referral arrangements designed to generate rewards without genuine new activity are prohibited and will not be honored.
7. No Spam or Misleading Promotion
When promoting your referral code or link, you must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims, including any guarantee of profits, payouts, or funded approval;
- Misrepresent your relationship with the Platform or imply endorsement, employment, or partnership;
- Promote in a way that violates any law, platform policy, or third-party terms; or
- Engage in deceptive, manipulative, or abusive promotion.
You must accurately represent the Platform as a simulated, evaluation-based practice platform and must not promise outcomes.
8. Withholding and Cancellation for Abuse or Fraud
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, reduce, reverse, or recover rewards, and to suspend or disable accounts, where we identify or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, manipulation, refund or chargeback abuse, misleading promotion, or any other violation of these Terms. Determinations regarding reward eligibility are made at the Platform's discretion.
9. Changes and Termination of the Program
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or change its rewards, conditions, or eligibility, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, except as required by law. Changes apply prospectively. Termination of the program or your participation may end the ability to earn future rewards; rewards already finalized in accordance with these Terms are not affected, subject to fraud and abuse review.
