Identity and KYC Verification
How identity and KYC verification fits into your funded payout on Funded with Flow, and what to expect during review.
Before your first payout can be processed, you need to complete identity verification, often called KYC (know your customer). This is a compliance check that confirms you are who you say you are, and it is one of the eligibility items shown on the Payouts page.
Why verification is required
Verification protects your account and keeps payouts secure. Because a funded account pays real money at a 100 percent profit split, we need to confirm your identity before funds are released. It also helps make sure the person requesting the payout is the same person who signed in and earned it.
You sign in to Funded with Flow with Google only, so use the same Google account every time. Keeping one consistent account ensures your challenges, funded accounts, and verification stay linked together.
What KYC involves
Identity verification typically asks you to confirm your personal details and provide proof of identity. Exact requirements can depend on your account and region, and the current steps are surfaced when you start the process from the Payouts page. Verification is handled securely by our team and systems, not by the Help Center or the assistant, which cannot access or process any personal or account data.
A few tips to help it go smoothly:
- Make sure the details on your account match your official identification.
- Have a clear, unexpired form of ID ready if you are asked for one.
- Complete verification before you request a payout so nothing holds up your review.
How it fits with your payout
Identity verification is one part of payout eligibility. Eligibility also typically includes a minimum number of trading days, a minimum payout amount, and an active subscription. These figures vary by plan and are shown on your Payouts page and on the Pricing page. Once you are verified and eligible, you submit your request and it goes to review, and you can track its status on the same page.
For the full rules that govern how this works, see the Payout Policy.
If verification does not go through or you have a question specific to your account, email [email protected] and our team will help you finish the process.
