How to Contact Support at Funded with Flow
How to reach the Funded with Flow team by opening a support ticket or emailing [email protected], plus what to include so we can help you fast.
The fastest way to reach us is to open a support ticket, and you can also email [email protected] for account-specific help. When you open a ticket you get a reference number right away, and we follow up by email and in app.
Open a support ticket
Head to the Support page and use the contact button to start a ticket. You can also open one from the Help Center or the sitewide contact button. A ticket is the best choice for anything tied to your account, because it stays organized and keeps your reference number attached to the conversation.
A few things make your ticket easier to resolve:
- Describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Include the account or plan involved, since exact rules and numbers vary by plan.
- Attach a screenshot if it helps show the issue. You can add one directly to a ticket.
Once your ticket is in, you can track it and see your past tickets on the Support page.
Email us directly
If you prefer email, write to [email protected]. This is a good route for questions about a specific payout, a billing or subscription matter, identity verification, or anything where you need a human on our team. For payout questions in particular, you can also review status first on the Payouts page, and for billing you can manage your subscription on the Billing page.
Report a bug or request a feature
Found something broken or have an idea? Use the feedback widget to report a bug or request a feature. If a chart looks blank or stale, that is almost always a temporary data or connection issue, so try switching symbols and back or refreshing first, and you can check current uptime on the Status page.
For account and policy questions
Some matters can only be handled by our team or through your account, including billing changes, refunds, subscription changes, identity verification, and payout disputes. For exact prices, account sizes, and rules, check the Pricing page or your own account details, since these vary by plan. The governing policies live in the Legal Center.
Whichever way you reach out, we read every message and we will get back to you.
