Refund and Risk Disclosure Policies

What the Refund Policy and the Risk Disclosure cover, where to find them, and how to raise a refund or billing question with support.

Two policies govern the money and risk side of your account: the Refund Policy and the Risk Disclosure. Both live in the Legal Center, and this article explains what each one covers and where to go with a question.

The Refund Policy

Your paid challenge or evaluation plan is a monthly subscription, and refunds on it are governed by the Refund Policy. Read that page for the full terms before you request anything, because it defines when a charge is eligible and when it is not.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Prices vary by plan, so for what you are actually paying, check the Pricing page or your Billing page.
  • You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, which is different from a refund of a past one.
  • Refunds themselves are a billing action that only our team can process. The Help Center and assistant cannot see your payment data or issue a refund.

If you believe a charge was a mistake or you want to request a refund, email [email protected] with your account and the charge in question, or open a ticket from the Support page. You get a reference number right away and we follow up by email and in app.

The Risk Disclosure

The Risk Disclosure explains the risks of trading and the nature of the platform. Funded with Flow challenge and evaluation accounts are simulated: you trade on live, real time market data, but the positions are not live orders in the real market. Trading involves substantial risk, strategies can lose money, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Reading the Risk Disclosure in full is the best way to understand what you are agreeing to. It sits alongside the other governing policies, including the Trading Rules and the Payout Policy.

Where to Get Help

For anything account specific, whether refunds, billing, or a policy question about your own situation, email [email protected] or open a ticket from the Support page. Point us at the exact charge or account and we will take it from there.

These policies are here to keep everything clear and fair, so give them a read whenever something about billing or risk is unclear.
