To reach our team, open a support ticket from the Support page or use the contact button that appears across the site. You get a reference number right away, and we follow up by email and in app.

How to open a ticket

  1. Go to the Support page, or click the contact support button shown on the page.
  2. Describe what is happening as clearly as you can, and submit.
  3. Note the reference number you receive. It confirms your ticket was created and helps us find it fast.

You can attach a screenshot to a ticket, which is often the quickest way to show us an error, a chart problem, or something on screen that does not look right. If you are reporting a bug or asking for a new feature, the feedback widget is the better path, and it flows to the same team.

What to include

The more specific you are, the faster we can help. Where it applies, tell us:

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • The page or screen you were on, such as Trade, Options, Billing, or Payouts.
  • Which account it involves, since you may hold a paper account and one or more challenge accounts.
  • A screenshot if the issue is visual.

For account-specific matters like billing, refunds, subscription changes, identity verification, or a particular payout, include the details in your ticket so we can look into it directly. The Help Center and assistant cannot see your personal account, order, or payout data, so those questions always need a ticket or an email.

Tracking your ticket

After you submit, you can see your tickets on the Support page, and we reply by email and in app. Keep your reference number handy if you write back, and reply on the same thread so everything stays together.

You can also email us directly at [email protected], which opens a ticket the same way. To make sure you receive our replies, check your notification and email preferences on the Alerts settings.

Before you write in

Some answers are already at hand. The Help Center covers common questions, the Pricing page shows the live numbers for every plan, and the Legal Center holds the policies that govern your account. If you still need us, we are glad to help.

Open a ticket whenever something is not clear, and we will get back to you.
