How to report a bug or suggest a new feature on Funded with Flow, what details to include, and where to track your ticket.
Found something broken, or have an idea that would make Funded with Flow better? Open a ticket on the Support page or use the sitewide feedback widget. You get a reference number right away, and we follow up by email and in app.
Report a bug
The fastest way to report a bug is to open a ticket from the Support page or the contact button that appears across the platform. To help us fix it quickly, include:
- What you were doing when it happened, and the page or screen you were on.
- What you expected to see versus what actually happened.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
You can attach a screenshot to your ticket, which usually helps us pinpoint the problem faster. If you are on the Trade terminal and a chart looks blank or stale, that is almost always a temporary data or connection issue: switch symbols and back, refresh the page, and check the market data status before filing a report. It also helps to glance at the platform status page first, since a known outage may already explain what you are seeing.
Request a feature
We genuinely want your ideas. Submit a feature request the same way you report a bug, through the Support page or the feedback widget, and describe the problem you are trying to solve, not just the solution you have in mind. That context helps us build the right thing.
Before you send it, take a look at the Roadmap to see what is already planned or in progress. If your idea is on there, letting us know it matters to you still helps us prioritize.
Track your ticket
Every ticket you open gets a reference number, and you can see all of your tickets and their status on the Support page. We reply by email and in app, so keep an eye on both. You can manage which emails and notifications you receive on your Alerts settings.
One thing to keep in mind: bug reports and feature requests are for the platform itself. For anything tied to your specific account, such as billing, payouts, subscription changes, or identity verification, reach out through the Support page or email [email protected] so a person can help you directly.
