Applying a Promo or Offer at Checkout

You can apply a promo or offer code when you check out for a paid challenge or subscription. Enter it in the promo code field on the checkout page and the discount is applied to your total before you pay.

Where to enter your code

When you start a challenge from the Accounts page or choose a plan on the Pricing page, you are taken to a secure checkout page. There you will find a field to enter a promo or offer code. Type or paste it, apply it, and the checkout total updates to reflect the discount. Review the new total, then complete payment. If you reached checkout through a special offer link, the code may already be filled in for you, so just confirm it is showing before you pay.

Referral and Give 50 Get 50 rewards

Some offers come from our referral program rather than a code you type. Your referral link earns a reward when someone you refer makes a qualifying purchase, and rewards apply to a future challenge. You can find your link and track rewards on the Referrals page. We also run a Give 50 Get 50 promotion, where a code or link shares a discount with a friend and returns one to you. When a reward is tied to your account this way, it is applied automatically to the qualifying purchase rather than entered by hand.

If a code will not apply

A code can be declined if it has expired, if it does not apply to the plan you selected, or if it has already been used. Double check that you copied the whole code with no extra spaces, and that you are on the plan the offer is meant for.

Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices any time on the Billing page. If a valid code still will not apply, or you were charged the wrong amount, email [email protected] with the code and we will sort it out.
