Managing Your Subscription
How to view, update, upgrade, and cancel your Funded with Flow monthly subscription from the Billing page, plus payment methods, invoices, offer codes, and refunds.
Everything about your monthly subscription lives on the Billing page. From there you can update your payment method, view your invoices, upgrade or change your plan, apply an offer code, and cancel whenever you choose.
What you can do on the Billing page
The Billing page is your one place to manage the money side of your account:
- Update or replace the card on file
- View and download your past invoices
- Upgrade or switch to a different challenge plan
- Apply a promo or offer code at checkout
- Cancel your subscription
Because billing and payment changes affect your real account, they are handled by you on this page or by our team. If you need a change we cannot make ourselves, email [email protected].
Upgrading or changing your plan
Our paid challenge plans include Novice, Starter, Intermediate, and Committed, along with No Drawdown variants and an Instant Sim Funded option that skips the evaluation. Every paid tier is a monthly subscription that includes real time market data and a 100 percent profit split.
The exact price, account size, and rules differ for each plan, so check the live figures on the Pricing page before you upgrade. When you are ready to start a new challenge, you can also do that from the Accounts page.
Market data and your subscription
Your free paper account includes a 7 day real time market data trial. After the trial, live data keeps flowing as long as you have an active paid challenge. If you want to keep real time data without an active challenge, you can hold a standalone Market Data subscription, which is also managed on the Billing page.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, so review it to understand what applies to your situation.
For anything specific to your own billing history or a charge you have a question about, email [email protected] and we will help you sort it out.
