The Refund Policy

How refunds work at Funded with Flow, where the official Refund Policy lives, how canceling differs from a refund, and how to request one for your account.

Refunds at Funded with Flow are governed by our Refund Policy. That page is the authoritative source for what qualifies, so read it first, and if you want a refund reviewed for your account, email [email protected].

Where the policy lives

Every paid plan is a monthly subscription, and all refunds are handled under one document: the Refund Policy in our Legal Center. It explains the specific conditions and timing that apply. We keep the full terms there rather than in this article so you always see the current version. For the exact price of any plan, check the Pricing page or your own charges on the Billing page.

Canceling is not the same as a refund

It helps to know the difference:

  • Canceling stops future monthly charges. You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page, and it prevents the next renewal.
  • A refund returns money already charged, and whether that is possible depends on the Refund Policy.

If your goal is simply to avoid being billed again, canceling on the Billing page is usually all you need. If you believe a past charge should be returned, that is a refund request and goes through support.

How to request a refund

Refunds, subscription changes, and payment matters can only be handled by our team, not by the Help Center or the assistant, and we cannot see your billing details from here. To ask for one:

  1. Review the Refund Policy so you know what applies.
  2. Email [email protected], or use the contact button on this page, with the account you sign in with and the charge in question.
  3. We follow up by email with a decision and next steps.

Sharing the date and amount of the charge helps us find it quickly. You can view your invoices and payment method any time on the Billing page.

A note on offers and codes

If you applied a promo or offer code at checkout, the amount you were charged reflects that discount, and any refund is based on what you actually paid. You can confirm the charged amount on your invoices in Billing.

If anything about a charge looks wrong, reach out and we will take a careful look.
