Canceling a Plan
How to cancel your Funded with Flow monthly subscription from the Billing page, what happens to your account and market data after canceling, and where refunds are handled.
You cancel any paid Funded with Flow subscription from the Billing page. Your plan is a monthly subscription, so canceling stops it from renewing again.
How to cancel
- Go to the Billing page.
- Find the subscription you want to end. This is where your monthly plan, payment method, and invoices all live.
- Choose to cancel that subscription and confirm.
Sign in with the same Google account you always use, since your subscriptions, accounts, and challenges stay tied to it. If you carry more than one subscription, such as a challenge plan and a standalone Market Data subscription, cancel each one separately from the Billing page.
What happens after you cancel
Canceling stops the next monthly charge. Your access generally continues through the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
A few things worth knowing:
- Real time market data is included while a paid challenge is active. If you cancel and have no active paid plan, live data continues only with a standalone Market Data subscription, or during the 7 day real time market data trial on your free paper account.
- Your free paper trading account stays available. It never needs a card and never expires.
- Canceling a plan is a billing action. It is not the same as a challenge account being failed or liquidated, which follows the account rules shown on each plan card.
Refunds
Canceling turns off future billing, but it does not automatically issue a refund for a charge you have already paid. Whether a past payment can be refunded is governed by our Refund Policy. Read that policy first, and if you believe a specific charge qualifies, email [email protected] with the details.
Changing instead of canceling
If the plan simply is not the right fit, you may prefer to switch rather than stop entirely. You can upgrade or change plans from the Billing page, and you can compare every plan and its live pricing on the Pricing page before you decide.
