Updating Your Payment Method

How to update the card on file for your Funded with Flow subscription from the Billing page, and what to do if a payment fails.

To update the card on file for your subscription, go to your Billing page and change your payment method there. Your paid challenge and Market Data plans are monthly subscriptions, so keeping a valid card on file is what keeps your account active and your real time market data flowing.

Update your card

Everything to do with your subscription lives in one place.

  1. Sign in with your Google account, the same one you always use, so your accounts and billing stay together.
  2. Open your Billing page.
  3. Find your payment method and enter your new card details, then save.

Your updated card is used for your next renewal and for any subscription changes you make from there, such as an upgrade. If you are not sure which plan you are on or what it costs, the live details for every plan are on the Pricing page.

If a payment failed

A renewal can fail for simple reasons: an expired card, a new card number, insufficient funds, or your bank declining the charge. The fix is the same. Add a valid payment method on your Billing page so the subscription can renew. Once the charge goes through, your paid access and real time market data continue as normal.

If your data went dark after a missed payment, updating your card and completing the renewal restores it. Remember that live market data continues with an active paid challenge or a standalone Market Data subscription, so an active, paid plan is what keeps it on.

Other billing changes

From the same Billing page you can also view your invoices, upgrade your plan, or cancel. If you are applying a promo or offer code, that is entered at checkout rather than on the payment method form. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

For security, we cannot see or change your card details for you, and the Help Center has no access to your billing information. If a card will not save, a charge keeps failing, or something about your subscription looks wrong, email [email protected] and we will help you sort it out.

Keeping a current card on file is the easiest way to make sure your trading never gets interrupted.
